Refund & Returns Policy

All sales are final

Sanskrit Calendar sells digital products (PDF downloads). Because the product is delivered electronically and cannot be "returned" once accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or failure to read the product description before buying.

No returns on digital goods

As no physical item is shipped, there is nothing to return. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, the sale is final.

The one exception: a genuine delivery problem

If something goes wrong on our end — for example, you were charged but never received your file, the file is corrupted, or you were charged more than once for the same order — write to us and we will make it right, either by resending the correct file or, where appropriate, reversing the duplicate or failed charge.
