These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SanskritCalendar.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

SanskritCalendar.com is owned and operated by Evavel Private Limited, an Evavel Group Company. For any queries, contact us at hello@sanskritcalendar.com.

2. What the Site offers

Sanskrit Calendar provides free educational reference content about the Sanskrit calendar system, classical verses, and related terminology, alongside a Shop where we sell digital products such as the Sanskrit Calendar 2027 PDF. The Site is not an official religious, academic, or government authority.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway; we do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our own servers. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured by Razorpay.

4. Digital Delivery

Our products are delivered electronically (PDF files) to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within a few hours of payment confirmation. No physical shipment is involved. If you don't receive your file within 24 hours, contact us at hello@sanskritcalendar.com with your payment reference.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

As digital goods, orders are final once delivered. See our full Refund & Returns Policy for details, including the exceptions we do make for genuine delivery problems.

6. Acceptable Use

You may browse and reference the Site for personal, non-commercial use, and purchased digital products for your own personal use. Please don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the Site's content, code, or purchased files at scale without our written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, layout, original commentary, code, and purchasable products are owned by Sanskrit Calendar / Evavel Private Limited unless otherwise noted. Classical Sanskrit verses referenced on the Site are ancient texts in the public domain; our English glosses and translations are our own original wording.

8. Accuracy of Information

We take reasonable care to keep content and calendar data accurate, but Panchang-derived dates (Tithi, Nakshatra, festival estimates) are approximations and may not reflect every regional tradition precisely. See our full Disclaimer.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Evavel Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
